David Boey was born in Malaysia. At age of 18，he was inspired to pursue in Beauty industry. Influenced by neurolinguistics, he began expanding his learning internationally at the age of 20, traveling to Taiwan, Thailand, and China. Today, he has become a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) consultant in Asia, the Dean of V Business School for Corporate Management, and the President (Founder) of Platform Empire International in Singapore

At 30, he founded Platform Empire, during which time he managed to increase the income of beauty industry pioneers by 2 to 10 times or more.

David Boey’s unconventional ideas and thoughts have always emphasized the "multiplication model" in the business world, without multiplication, there is no vitality in business. Only by continuously injecting new models and maintaining the original central ideology and culture of the enterprise, inorder to achieve definite results in the market.

His innovation of the Super Multiplication Model is unique in the global business marketing arena.
He established Platform V, centered around "Platform" and "V/We" (People/Us), creating a perfect system for multiplying wealth, named after Platform V Empire.
